This role sits within a highly performance-driven digital team where paid media plays a central role in lead generation and brand growth. Budgets are increasing and the focus now is on ensuring campaigns continue to deliver strong commercial performance while also expanding into broader brand-led activity. The position will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of paid media performance. Someone analytical, curious and comfortable digging into the data to understand what is driving results and where improvements can be made. The Role You will be responsible for analysing and optimising paid media performance across key channels including Google Ads and Paid Social .
