The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of document control across multiple project sites while managing and mentoring a team of four document controllers. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of document management across the business, ensuring processes are followed consistently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of four document controllers, providing day-to-day oversight and support

* Oversee document control activities across multiple project sites

* Ensure all documentation is accurately managed, distributed, and stored in line with company procedures

* Maintain and continuously improve document control systems and processes

* Act as the central point of contact for document control queries across the business

* Support project teams with document management best practice and compliance

About You

* Proven experience in a document control role, ideally at senior level within an M&E or construction environment

* Previous experience managing or supervising a team

* Strong understanding of document control processes and systems

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* A collaborative, proactive approach and strong communication skills

* Ambitious and motivated to grow with a business for the long term

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Location: Office-based, 5 days/week Team: Managing a team of 4
