Would you like to work remotely for a market leading Civil Engineering Consultancy who specialise in infrastructure designs for residential, commercial, industrial and leisure developments across the UK?
If you have UK based drainage and infrastructure design experience then this could be the role for you!
This exciting Senior Drainage Engineering opportunity will offer you the chance to complete varied residential, bespoke builds, extensions, commercial, solar farms, recycling centres, mixed-use developments and leisure centres across the UK.
You will join an experienced team based across the UK and work remotely and autonomously to manage multiple projects from pre-planning to construction phases for both Private and Public Sector Clients.
As a Senior Drainage Engineer you will be expected to complete;
Flood Risk Assessments.
Surface Water Management Plans.
Drainage Strategies.
Drainage Design for mixed use developments using infodrainage and causeway flow.
Detailed designs for residential developments in respect of S278, S38, S104 and S106.
Access road design for developments.
Highway drainage design.
Project management of multiple projects.
Liaise with Clients to discuss project development and design clashes.
Develop new business opportunities with new and existing Clients.
This role offers a competitive salary, benefits package and remote working from any UK based or overseas location which is within a 2 hour timezone of GMT.
As a Senior Drainage Engineer you are required to have a background in civil engineering and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy specialising in drainage designs for residential, commercial and industrial developments using Infodrainage and Causeway Flow. Experience completing access roads and highway drainage designs is also beneficial.
Experience completing flood risk assessments and surface water management plans are also required.
Applicants are required to have the confidence to work autonomously as you will be required to liaise with Clients and manage multiple projects at varied design phases, from home.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you will be required to work standard UK hours, regardless of your location.
