This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional with a passion for the driving sector to take the next step in their career.

Location: Edinburgh

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + excellent bonus and benefits

The Role As a Senior Driving Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and managing your own desk, specialising in the recruitment of HGV drivers across a range of clients. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class recruitment service while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Building, developing and managing a profitable driving recruitment desk

Recruiting, onboarding and managing HGV drivers

Proactively winning new business and maintaining existing client relationships

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from advertising and interviewing to placement and aftercare

Ensuring compliance with driving regulations and recruitment standards

Providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
