Join a buzzing Inverness office as a Senior Ecologist in the Scotland consultancy sector for our long-standing client operating within onshore renewables, planning, nature-based solutions, BNG, habitat & peatland restoration solutions.
You will be working on a variety of critical projects supporting clients within this sector!
As a Senior Ecologist, you will, in collaboration with ecology colleagues and other environmental disciplines, play a pivotal role in the delivery of Ecological of Clerk of Works (ECoW) and
Ecological/ornithological
surveys and reporting.
Your role will include: Scoping and Project Management of a range of small to large scale projects. Supporting clients, on site during construction phase of projects. Planning and managing ecological surveys using various survey methods. Negotiating with statutory agencies, NGOs and other stakeholders. Writing and authoring a wide range of technical reports, including Ecological Impact Assessment.
