As we continue to grow-both online and through our network of stores, we're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to help us create a beautifully seamless journey for our customers, from homepage to basket and beyond.
This role sits at the heart of our ecommerce team, working closely with creatives, marketers, planners, and developers to ensure every product is thoughtfully presented, every detail is accurate, and every click brings our customer closer to home. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering new product launches on our website - making sure everyone involved knows what's needed, when, and why.
Day to day you'll be responsible for: Keeping our homepage and content areas fresh and in line with the wider marketing calendar Merchandising our website to support commercial goals and enhance the end-to-end customer journey Monitoring key performance metrics like revenue, AOV, and conversion rate, using insight to guide decisions Supporting new feature launches, tracking performance and identifying opportunities to optimise Working collaboratively across teams to shape meaningful customer journeys across every digi...
