What You'll Be Doing: Running and growing your own education recruitment desk, the territory opportunities are huge in this team! Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture

What Youll Need: Experience in 360 recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a track record of success to talk to us about. A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A sense of purposeyou care about making a positive impact The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning
