The Senior EHS Manager will be responsible for:
Providing expert HS&E leadership by advising, coaching, and influencing managers and employees, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring alignment with legislation, best practice, and company standards. Leading HS&E performance management through preparing reports, analysing trends, supporting delivery of regional plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Managing incident and assurance processes by overseeing incident reporting, leading investigations, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring corrective and preventative actions are completed.
