Senior Electrical Contracts Manager required for my well-established, successful and expanding electrical compliance contractor This is a key role supporting the Head of Electrical Operations in delivering high-quality commercial electrical compliance and service contracts across a wide range of sectors. What Youll Be Doing As a Senior Electrical Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Electrical Operations team, working closely with the Head of Department to manage and deliver multiple commercial electrical compliance projects from start to finish. They operate primarily within the commercial sector, covering schools, office buildings, industrial factories, warehouses, public buildings and hospitals. Your responsibilities will include: Operational & Contract Management Managing a team of 10+ field-based engineers. Acting as a day-to-day operational lead for Technical staff and Electricians delivering your contracts. Liaising with on-site staff and specialist subcontractors. Reporting on completed works and escalating issues promptly. Ensuring all works meet required quality and compliance standards.
