What youll do: Design electrical building services such as small power, lighting, security and data systems for major construction projects. These will include cutting-edge power and energy creation developments, giving you exposure to some of the most advanced work in the sector.
Run cable calculations and specify electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance. This hands-on technical work will deepen your expertise and make you a go-to specialist.
Use the latest design software tools to produce high-quality detailed designs. Youll work alongside experienced Chartered Engineers who will help you sharpen your skills and mentor you through complex projects.
What youll need: At least 5 years experience in electrical building services design
A solid understanding of small power, lighting, security and data systems
Confidence using modern electrical design software tools
