Job Title:Senior Electrical Engineer
Salary:£50,000 per annum + HVAP Training
Location:Canary Wharf, London
Job Type:Technical/ Engineering
Working Hours:Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our clients expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Canary Wharf. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactive Maintenance
- PPMs
- Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team
- Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices
- Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards
- Record Keeping / Logbooks
- 2391 Inspection and Testing
- Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18thEdition
- HVAP Desired
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Right to work in the UK
- Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum
