Job Title:Senior Electrical Engineer Salary:£50,000 per annum + HVAP Training Location:Canary Wharf, London Job Type:Technical/ Engineering Working Hours:Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our clients expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Canary Wharf. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Reactive Maintenance PPMs Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements 2391 Inspection and Testing Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18thEdition HVAP Desired 5 years experience in a similar position Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum 25 Days Holiday HVAP Training Bundles of overtime Great line of progression into senior Management Company pension scheme
