Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Electrical Engineer role
Within the role you will:
Lead and manage the electrical design process, from feasibility through to detailed design and delivery Act as a key client interface, attending and leading meetings while representing the business professionally Develop design briefs, project criteria, and costed engineering solutions aligned with client requirements Oversee project delivery, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and monitoring quality of design and installation Support and mentor junior engineers while contributing to team development and technical excellence Manage project budgets, tender processes, and commercial aspects including proposals and cost control
