Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical Supervisor, you'll be working within the KME team, supporting them in delivering safe, compliant, and high‑quality electrical installations. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Leading electrical installations and ensuring all works are carried out safely in line with Kier standards and UK regulations
Coordinating with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects on time and to specification
Managing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records of site progress
Guiding and supporting other supervisors and operatives to achieve project goals
Identifying risks and opportunities, contributing to effective project management
Qualifications & Requirements
This role of Electrical Supervisor is great for you if:
You hold a relevant industry accredited qualification in Electrical Services
You have CSCS and SMSTS accreditation
You possess strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and safety standards
You're an excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative team environments
You're organised and able to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining high quality standards
