We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team working on cutting-edge, high-reliability electronic systems for aerospace and defence applications. This is a technically challenging role focused on the design, development, and sustainment of hybrid microelectronic circuits, offering the opportunity to influence both new product development and legacy system performance. The Role You will play a key role in the design and integration of advanced hybrid microelectronics (chip-and-wire / chip-and-bond wire assemblies), ensuring robust electrical performance, manufacturability, and long-term reliability in demanding environments. Acting as a technical leader within a multidisciplinary team, you will take ownership of critical design activities while supporting continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
