About the Role

Join a leading boutique workplace law firm with a strong reputation for employment law and related services. The role offers autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to high-quality work for both employers and senior executives.


You’ll advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Grievance, disciplinary, discrimination, and whistleblowing issues
  • Contracts, policies, settlement agreements
  • Strategic advice on reorganisations and business transfers
  • You’ll also mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively across offices.


Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales qualified (or foreign qualified with UK experience) with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Strong track record in employment law, including litigation at Tribunal and High Court level
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and client care skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a demanding workload
  • Commercially minded and proactive approach
