The Role
This growing Employment Law team is expanding due to sustained success and new client referrals. The department currently has 5 experienced lawyers and is now seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to help drive growth in Manchester.
As part of the team, you will advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:
- HR advisory support for employers
- Employment Tribunal litigation (acting for both employers and individuals)
- Corporate support on transactional matters
- Senior management and director-level employment issues

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Employment Law
- Currently at Senior Associate level or ready to step into a Junior Partner role
- Strong track record advising employers and/or employees on contentious and non-contentious matters
- Excellent client relationship skills and commercial awareness
