A leading manufacturing organisation based in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join their leadership team during an exciting period of sustained growth. The site is currently undergoing a significant expansion phase, and this role will play a critical part in shaping and driving engineering performance through this next chapter.

This is a high-impact leadership position with a strong focus on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and site reliability, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations.

The Role:

Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 maintenance technicians Drive improvements in OEE, reliability, and asset performance Implement and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance strategies Work cross-functionally with production and operational teams to maximise uptime and efficiency Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety Play a key role in supporting site growth, investment, and operational scaling About You:
