You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, influence stakeholders, and oversee the full sales cycle from first conversation to signature and beyond.Ultimately, your mission is simple: Find. Hit the number.What You’ll Be DoingFINDSelf‑generate new name opportunities through outreach, social selling, referrals, and networkingWork closely with ANS Marketing to capitalise on sales‑ready leads (SQLs)Identify expansion opportunities across your existing customer setCollaborate with partners, Microsoft account teams, and internal Sales teams to maximise ANS solutions in your accountsWINOwn the end‑to‑end sales process using CRMWork with our Pre‑Sales Solution Architects to shape compelling propositions for both new and existing customersGROWManage a small portfolio of Enterprise and Mid‑Market accountsOversee delivery through the project lifecycle and maintain ownership of the commercial relationshipEnsure seamless handovers into Delivery and into ServiceBuild and execute engagement plans, service reviews, QBRs, and account development strategiesWork closely with CSMs, CSAs, Renewals and Microsoft to drive customer success and retentionUnderstand account landscapes and share of wallet opportunitiesMaintain ANS product & services penetration matrices for each accountOwn all actions and keep stakeholders alignedWhat You’ll BringProven track record of exceeding quotaSolution‑led sales experience (IT, cloud, SaaS, managed services ideal)Experience of selling MicrosoftStrong commercial acumen & ability to influence senior stakeholdersHigh energy, resilience, and a passion for new businessExperience with MEDDICC or similar methodologies(Azure/Data/Security Fundamentals or MS certs = a bonus)Why ANS?You’ll join a supportive, ambitious team with big goals, big energy, and big opportunities.
