This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leading teams, driving sustainability strategy, and making a real impact. You’ll be managing and coaching a team of three advisors, nurturing their growth while ensuring sustainability is embedded across projects. Flexibility to travel and engage with your team on-site is key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the Sustainability Vision: Champion initiatives that embed sustainability across projects and regions. Grow and Guide Your Team: Manage and mentor three talented advisors, helping them thrive and develop their careers. Influence and Collaborate: Build trusted relationships with clients, regulators, and supply chain partners to shape strategic direction. Ensure Excellence: Oversee environmental governance and compliance, setting the standard for best practice. Drive Innovation: Turn sustainability data into actionable improvements and lead continuous progress across projects.
