Interim Senior Estates Surveyor – Local Authority

We are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to support our busy local authority property team. This is a key role managing a diverse portfolio, including commercial and operational assets, ensuring best value and compliance across the estate. No Residential work at all!

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio

* Lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews

* Providing professional estate management advice

* Supporting asset strategy and disposals/acquisitions

* Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance

* Advising on valuation work

Requirements:

* Proven experience in estates management, ideally within the public sector

* Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters

* MRICS (or working towards) preferred

* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills...
