Senior Estimator – Major Civil Engineering Projects\n\nEuston (HS2) & City of London\n\nTwo opportunities are available for Senior Estimators to join major infrastructure projects in London.\n\nOne role is based on a flagship Euston programme (HS2), with responsibility for target cost planning, benchmarking and integrated estimating within a complex, live environment. The second role is based in the City of London, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects (£100m+), contributing to both bid and delivery phases with a focus on pricing strategy and risk integration.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for work packages and preliminaries\n\n * Support to bid submissions and commercial proposals\n\n * Collaboration with planning, technical and delivery teams\n\n * Engagement with subcontractors and suppliers to validate pricing and methodologies\n\n * Contribution to risk assessments and ongoing cost management as designs evolve\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience within major infrastructure, rail or heavy civils projects\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction methodologies\n\n * Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams\n\n * Proficiency in estimating tools such as CostX, Bluebeam or CCS (Candy) advantageous\n\nThese are high-impact roles on some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects.\n\n * For further information or a confidential discussion, please apply or get in touch
