Estimator / Senior Estimator – Construction / Trainee Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking SME delivering high-value, complex construction projects (£100k–£8m)—and they’re looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their close-knit commercial team.

The Role

* Prepare detailed and competitive tenders

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams

* Value engineer solutions to meet budgets

* Support cost control, procurement, and project delivery

* Attend occasional site visits (approx. 1x per month)

What We’re Looking For

* Experience estimating within the construction industry (essential)

* Strong commercial awareness

* Confident communicator with good negotiation skills

* Ambitious and keen to develop

Ideal for candidates within 45 minutes of Cheltenham / Gloucester

Salary £28,000-£46,000 d.o.e
