This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team pricing construction enquiries. You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.
The Role
Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification Liaise with contractors and internal project teams Prepare handover packs for delivery teams Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing recordsAbout You
