About you: Proven experience in construction estimating or related commercial roles Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost planning, and contract types used within the UK and Irish markets Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities Degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; estimating software experience is an advantage What you'll do: Lead the preparation of detailed, competitive cost estimates and tender submissions for high-value projects Coordinate with internal teams and supply chain partners to gather accurate pricing and scope data Review drawings and specifications to ensure comprehensive scope capture and identify value engineering opportunities Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Support bid strategies, risk assessments, and post-tender reviews to optimise project wins and outcomes For further information on this exciting opportunity, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
