Our client — a specialist and well-respected contractor with a reputation for quality and collaboration — is seeking an Estimating Manager to join their growing team.

This role can be hybrid if your commute is longer

As Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and develop the estimating function, influencing bid strategy, building relationships with subcontractors, and delivering high-quality commercial submissions.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the estimating process from enquiry to bid submission

*

Drive accurate cost analysis, tender preparation, and commercial evaluations

*

Collaborate with Project, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver competitive, winning bids

*

Mentor and support junior estimators and growing team members

*

Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems and best practices

What we’re looking for:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in Tier 1 / Tier 2 contracting environments

*

Strong technical and commercial understanding within construction or specialist trades

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and thrive in a supportive, small-team environment

*

Ambitious, proactive and ready to take the next step in your career
