Experience / Skills Required:

- A construction background and an understanding of estimating techniques.

- Great knowledge of spreadsheets.

- Ambition and great communication skills with a confident and flexible approach.

- Experience working on civil engineering schemes with a main contractor.

This role involves detailed analysis of direct and indirect costs along with regular reporting on the progress of tenders at all stages. Alongside working to strict deadlines in order to achieve desirable results.
