Position: Senior Estimator,\n\nSalary: £105,(Apply online only),000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health\n\nRegion: London & Southeast\n\nIndustry: Construction\n\nMy client has an excellent reputation within the industry and is now seeking a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The organisation is a main building contractor with a solid presence in London and the South East who have a reputation in delivering high quality construction schemes ranging from £15M to £200M in value across both new build and refurbishment markets. The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sectors of Commercial, Mixed-use, MOD and Residential builds.\n\nDuties for the role:\n\nProduction of accurate prime costs for the projects\nCo-ordinate the tender process\nDevelop relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers etc\nIdentify areas of risk and opportunity\nDevelop relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers\nDevelop knowledge of market place and competitorsCandidate Profile:\n\nBuild background, ideally with commercial experience\nUse of Conquest estimating software would be beneficial\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nAble to maintain a high level of work quality against cost restraints\nProven track record on all forms of procurement\nExperience on both JCT D&B & NEC forms of contractIf this sounds like you and you'd like to find out more or be considered for this role then please contact Sam Bell at PSR Solutions on (phone number removed) or email.
