Senior Estimator - Refurbishment (D&B & Framework Agreements)\n\nLiverpool | Merseyside\n\n£70,000 - £75,000 + Package\n\nYour new company\n\nOur client is a leading, fast-growing construction and refurbishment specialist based in Liverpool, delivering high-quality projects across commercial, retail, leisure, and education sectors. Renowned for technical excellence, collaborative working, and strategic project delivery, the business operates across both design & build and framework agreements, providing a diverse and high-profile project pipeline.\n\nYour new role\n\nOur client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team. You will take ownership of tendering and estimating for complex refurbishment projects, both design & build and under framework agreements.
