Job Description

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing business specialising in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a company with strong growth plans, having achieved a turnover of £8m in 2025 and projected to exceed £15m in 2026, with a longer-term goal of reaching £30m through repeat business and continued expansion.\n\nThe Role\n\nLeading or supporting the tendering and estimating process\nAttending site visits and tender meetings as required\nWorking closely with the commercial team and reporting directly to the business owner\nInvolvement across pre-construction and commercial functions depending on experienceRequirements\n\nMinimum 4 years' experience within groundworks and RC frames\nExperience working in either an estimating or quantity surveying capacity\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes\nAbility to manage workload independently and communicate effectivelyPackage & Benefits\n\nSalary between £100,000 - £110,000 (dependent on experience)\nHybrid working (mix of home and office-based)\nFlexible working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week)\nFuel and vehicle costs covered for site visits\nOffice hours: 08:00 - 17:30
