Now due to their continued success and projected expansion where they are set to double in size over the next 3 years they are seeking either an experienced Senior Estimator or an Estimator who feels ready and is seeking their next career step up to Senior. As a key figure in this role your duties will include:

* Bid Management: Analyze tender documents, blueprints, and specifications to calculate detailed project costs.

* Cost Calculation: Determine material quantities, labour hours, and equipment requirements.

* Procurement: Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating to ensure competitive pricing.

* Risk Assessment: Identify potential financial, technical, and operational risks.

* Collaboration: Work with project managers, clients, and engineers to ensure budget compliance and project feasibility.
