Description Principal Estimator (Various Locations) Construction Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester £90,000 plus Car option and benefits The Company : An exciting opportunity for a Principal Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Birmingham area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate. My client enjoys a c£125 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £25 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more. About The Role :
Creating and understanding specifications. Building relationships with clients. Pricing form data and proposing these to clients. Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase. Reporting and working closely with the Director
About You :
Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients. Understanding and creating specifications. Experience working on New Build & similar projects. Excellent Construction industry knowledge. Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating. Great technical knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
