Salary: £ very competitive + package (£6,000 car allowance, private medical and pension amongst other )Skilled Careers contact: Mark Dixon (Maidstone branch)We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join a key main contractor in Kent, producing accurate, competitive cost estimates for exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial, care and education.Duties and responsibilities within the role include:Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure competitive pricing.Works closely with the Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers to ensure accurate cost planning.Assemble cost plans from concept through tender to handover to the Project Surveyors.Monitor industry trends, pricing and supply chain factors which could impact project costs.Who are we looking for?Proven experience as a Estimator in main/principal contractor construction on single stage and two stage tenders.Experienced in delivering projects in a relevant sector i.e. education, care and commercialAn Estimator with a working knowledge of NRM2 and SMM7.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.HND or Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a related field.Why this role is great:Work on high-value, challenging, and rewarding projects.Competitive salary and benefits package.Working within a supportive environment and a business that is growing sustainably.Be part of a team where your expertise really counts.Next steps:If this sounds like your next opportunity, click Apply Now or get in touch with Mark Dixon for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
