The company specialises in planned maintenance, refurbishment and roofing programmes for local authorities and housing associations across London and the South East. The Role
Leading and preparing competitive tenders for social housing refurbishment projects Pricing planned maintenance and capital works programmes Managing subcontractor enquiries and supplier pricing Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Identifying value engineering opportunities Working closely with the commercial and operational teams
About You
Proven experience as an Estimator / Senior Estimator with a main contractor Strong background in social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
