The Opportunity
Our client, one of London's leading high-end event caterers, is looking to recruit a Senior Event Operations Manager.
Reporting directly to the MD, this is a key role focused on delivering high-profile events across a portfolio of prestigious London venues.

You will have real responsibility and visibility, with the opportunity to influence how events are delivered and to play a central role in maintaining exceptionally high standards.
A hands-on position that requires passion, attention to detail, and strong leadership. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the events—from initial planning through to execution—operating at the centre of each project.

The role is multi-site, with responsibility for managing events across different London venues.
Given the nature of the role, proven experience managing events across multiple venues is essential. Applicants with experience limited to a single venue will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full delivery of events from initial planning to on-site execution
Oversee operations on the day, ensuring events run smoothly and on time
Work closely with clients to understand and deliver their requirements
Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
Manage budgets and support commercial delivery with the sales team
Attend site visits and oversee event setup and preparation
Lead and manage teams on-site
About You
Strong experience delivering large-scale events in a high-end or premium environment
Proven multi-site or multi-venue experience (essential)
Organised, practical, and calm under pressure
Confident managing clients and leading teams
Good commercial awareness and budget management experience
Hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail
