What The Role Requires This is a senior, leadership-focused role for an experienced Event Operations Manager. You will take full ownership of complex, high-profile events, confidently managing teams, stakeholders, and logistics while delivering exceptional results. We pride ourselves on our operational knowledge and delivery, if you have a passion for operating and delivering outstanding events, you would be the ideal person for this role. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex events Take full accountability for event execution and operational performance Manage and inspire FOH & BOH teams, setting standards on-site Build and maintain strong relationships with London venues and suppliers Oversee all event logistics including staffing, equipment, and transport Collaborate with chefs and planners to ensure seamless delivery Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company standards Support and mentor junior team members Oversee event costings and administrative processes
What You'll Bring
