Senior Events Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Senior Event Manager to join the team in Bagshot, Surrey.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of events across the UK and internationally.

The position is full-time and offers the option of hybrid working following a successful six-month onboarding period.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing end-to-end events

● Proven organisational and project management skills

● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

● Experience leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels

● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in event design and delivery

● International event experience is desirable but not essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead management conferences, corporate social events, incentives, charity fundraisers, and private parties the planning and delivery of a wide range of events, including

● Source and recommend suitable venues in the UK and internationally

● Develop creative and compelling event proposals tailored to client requirements

● Oversee events all aspects of pre-event planning and be the lead on-site during live

● Create and manage detailed project timelines and budgets

● Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
