Cobalt Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with an established managing agent in the appointment of a Senior Facilities Manager, overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets across the South of the UK. This is a key role within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, where Facilities Management works closely alongside Property, Asset and Investment teams. The successful individual will take responsibility for operational delivery, compliance, and contractor management across multiple sites, while ensuring a high-quality experience for tenants. This role offers excellent exposure across a diverse portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, growing organisation. Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Take responsibility for the day-to-day facilities management of a multi-site commercial portfolio, ensuring high operational standards across all assets Oversee delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with SLAs and performance standards Manage both hard and soft FM services, including M&E, fabric, cleaning, security, and waste management Conduct regular site inspections to ensure assets are maintained to a high standard and identify areas for improvement Lead on health & safety compliance, incl...
