If you’re an 5-10 PQE Senior Family Solicitor, looking to join an entrepreneurial and ambitious law firm in London, this is the one for you.

With multiple offices across the UK, this firm have just moved into a prestigious new central London office.

You will have real influence in helping shape the future growth of their family law team.

This full service law firm have invested significantly in their online marketing and business development strategy, which has helped increase inbound enquires across the board. You’ll be looking to replicate this success within their family team and will be supported in doing so by working closely with their Head of Marketing.

From HNW individuals to Michelin starred restaurants and professional football clubs, their varied client base will make sure no two days are the same. It also means they have an existing reputation, which will provide an excellent pool of cross referrals and sources of work for you to leverage.

You will be given the autonomy to service clients and pursue business development.

This will mean building relationships and helping raise the profile of the firm. Though you won’t be doing it alone. You will have a lot of support from key senior stakeholders in the firm. Working closely with the senior Partners and their Practice Director, you’ll be given lots of guidance and mentoring along the way.

Performance will be rewarded.

You can expect a varied caseload covering a mix of family matters including divorce, children and financial remedy cases. No legal aid work.

Given the strategic importance of this role, you can expect to be in the office most days.

What you’ll need

• 5-10 PQE Senior Family Solicitor.
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Desire to manage and help grow a practice.
