Are you passionate about shaping policy toimprove workforce health and reduce inequalities?Do you bringdeep expertise in the labour market and/or working-age welfare, and a provenability to influence change at the highest levels?

TheHealth Foundationis seeking aSenior Fellowto lead a complex andhigh-impact programme of work focused on employment, welfare, and health. Thisis a unique opportunity to drive forward the recommendations oftheCommission for Healthier Working Lives, shapenational policy, and work directly with employers to test innovative workplaceinterventions that support better workforce health.

You’ll join theEconomic Determinantsof Healthteam within theHealthyLivesdirectorate. Our work focuses on the wider determinantsof health, such as employment, education, and housing—and how they shapepeople’s lives. We use our independence and endowment to innovate, influence,and test real-world solutions that can drive long-term change.

  3. Give an example where you have led a programmewith a number of different elements of varying levels of complexity andduration? How did you go about designing this programme, ensuring it ran totime and had the intended impact?
