TheHealth Foundationis seeking aSenior Fellowto lead a complex andhigh-impact programme of work focused on employment, welfare, and health. Thisis a unique opportunity to drive forward the recommendations oftheCommission for Healthier Working Lives, shapenational policy, and work directly with employers to test innovative workplaceinterventions that support better workforce health.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong grasp of employment and/or welfarepolicy and its impact on health.
- Brings experience in shaping and delivering complexprogrammes of work.
- Is confident representing an organisationexternally, including with senior stakeholders and in the media.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with highlevels of autonomy.
- Communicates with clarity and influence, producinghigh-quality policy outputs.
- Is proactive, strategic, and committed to reducinghealth inequalities.
You’ll join theEconomic Determinantsof Healthteam within theHealthyLivesdirectorate. Our work focuses on the wider determinantsof health, such as employment, education, and housing—and how they shapepeople’s lives. We use our independence and endowment to innovate, influence,and test real-world solutions that can drive long-term change.
