Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers. - Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs. - Lead, support, and mentor service controllers. - Handle escalations and resolve service disruptions swiftly and professionally. - Monitor KPIs, workload, and work in progress to ensure smooth operations.
