We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team within Vistry London Division, at our Ealing office. As our Senior Finance Analyst, you will support the Regional Finance Manager and Regional Finance Director in providing financial and commercial analysis and assisting in the provision of internal and external reporting and financial control with a focus on joint venture activities.

ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified
1 year post qualified experience
Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and particularly Excel is vital
Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Ability to explain technical financial information clearly to non-finance people

Desirable
Experience working in a similar role particularly for a residential housebuilder
Proven track record in producing concise management information.
Knowledge of the housebuilding industry
Experience using COINS (ERP system)
Knowledge of Anaplan
More about the Senior Finance Analyst role
Ownership of the preparation of the regional cash and P&L forecast on a monthly basis, including strategic planning & budget setting.
Preparation and review of short term cashflow forecasting over a 3 month period, working with other departments to help understand movements and drive cash efficiency.
Reviewing cost to completes and raising questions at the monthly project review meetings.
Work closely with the central finance function to ensure accuracy of accounting systems.
Preparation of management accounts and supporting commentary on a monthly basis.
Provide support to the Finance Director in production of monthly Board packs.
Monthly Joint Venture reporting both internally and to JV partners.
Business Partner with Sales, Operations and Commercial to drive performance of business.
Ensuring integrity of data on COINS and Anaplan.
Challenging management and identifying areas for investigation.
Improving systems and procedures
Work closely with the FD and MD in preparing ad-hoc management reports as required.
Liaise with and help lead reporting initiatives with the Finance Director.
