Interim Senior Finance Business Partner - 4 Month Contract - 4 Day working week - £400-£450 Per Day Inside IR35 Cedar Recruitment are currently supporting a leading charitable organisation in London with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role is working on an interim basis for 4 months and will be a 4 day working week. The role will involve going into the office 3 days per week. The successful person will play a pivotal role in business partnering in a complex enviroment, offering financial insight and forward thinking financial analysis to Directors and Heads of Department. Main Duties: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and budget holders Lead on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across Provide adhoc financial training and guidance to the wider teams Lead month-end, year-end, forecasting and budgeting cycles Ensure that budget variances and risks are highlighted Oversee grant reporting and ensure compliance with funding requirements Support tax credit claims for the organisations activities Improve payroll forecasting and reporting capability Develop an evidence based understanding of performance drivers Support resource allocation modelling ac...
