We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to help drive growth, optimise performance, and deliver strategic value. The role is accountable for providing financial advice and guidance to divisional business leaders to support the achievement of revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities

Partner senior business leaders within the allocated business units, providing strategic insight, challenge, and support to drive informed decision‑making and business performance Translate financial information into actionable commercial insights, supporting the delivery of strategic objectives, business growth, and long‑term financial sustainability Partner with operational leaders and support the Head of Commercial Finance – Divisional, in evaluating investment opportunities, preparing and assessing business cases, and modelling financial scenarios to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions. Contribute to the development and delivery of the strategic plan, ensuring alignment with Group objectives and financial targets Assist in the evaluation of pricing models, negotiation of contracts and assessing the financial viability of different projects/pricing proposals

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

Lead the preparation of accurate and insightful quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly management accounts for the business units Continuously enhance forecasting and planning processes, ensuring agility, transparency, and alignment with evolving business priorities Deliver high‑quality management information (MI), KPIs, and performance dashboards that provide clear narrative, trends, and forward‑looking analysis Perform detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities, and proactively advising stakeholders on corrective actions Partner divisional management to optimise costs, improve profitability and identify any areas for efficiencies

Operational & Continuous Improvement

Champion improvements in financial and operational reporting to better support strategic decision‑making across the business Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement and validate non‑financial metrics that drive holistic business performance Lead initiatives that enhance process efficiency, data quality, and insight capability Play a key part in the implementation and enhancement of the new ERP system

Financial Governance & Reporting

Ensure the effective management of income and expenditure against approved budgets and strategic plans Support the Head of Commercial Finance – Divisional in the preparation of any year‑end/audit requirements Uphold robust financial governance by identifying and escalating financial or operational risks that could impact the business or its reputation

Leadership & Development

Support more junior finance team members, fostering analytical capability, commercial acumen, and a proactive partnering mindset Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Act as a role model for commercial finance excellence

Required Experience

Qualified or qualified by experience CIMA, ACCA or ACA Experience working in business partnering roles Must have experience of working on pricing Experience working for a marketing services business or other people‑and‑time‑based business
