£65,000 + bonus + benefits + 28 days annual leave


We are excited to be working with a private equity backed financial planning and wealth management firm providing independent advice to individuals, families and corporate clients.


As a Senior Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role in connecting finance with internal teams, ensuring financial insights drive strategic decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to influence key business areas, work closely with senior stakeholders and be part of a high growth, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge

• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

• Help develop, maintain and enhance management reporting to improve visibility and decision-making

• Support M&A activity through financial analysis, modelling, and integration support

• Drive improved financial controls and consistency across a growing, acquisitive group

• Assist in building robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and commercial decisions


Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), ideally with a corporate / Big 4 background

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills

• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight

• Comfortable working in a data-rich environment


Advantageous but not essential:

• Experience working in asset management, wealth or financial services environment

• FP&A experience, ideally within a multi-entity or acquisitive environment

• Proven business partnering capability with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders

• Experience with planning tools
