We're looking for a senior commercial finance partner to lead operations, clients, and leadership across world-class sports and entertainment Levy venues in the North of England and Wales. As Senior Finance Business Partner you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth, strong financial control, and successful mobilisation of new venue contracts through insight-led decision making and disciplined governance.

Senior Finance Business Partner - The Role
- Drive commercial performance and data insights.
- Strengthen financial control and reporting.
- Lead the finance workstream for new contract mobilisation.
- Improve systems, processes, and automation.
- Support delivery of Compass MAP (Management & Performance Reporting) plans.
What we're looking for:
- A personable self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operators alike.
- Completed qualifications - AAT, Finance Degree or QBE.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills with experience using Power BI and SAP.
- The flexibility to travel and work across different locations as required - car allowance provided.
- Strong management accounting experience.
- Experience with financial systems / ERP implementations.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management capability.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience in hospitality, events, stadium, or multi-site environments.
- Previous mobilisation or project-based finance experience.
- Knowledge of contract finance and commercial terms.
- Full UK driving license.
