This is a high-impact role, working closely with Manufacturing & Supply Chain teams to drive performance, unlock insight, and shape future strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver clear, actionable insights by linking financial data to broader strategic objectives.Establish and maintain robust financial and operational controls to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.Elevate the clarity and relevance of financial reporting to better inform business decision-making.Apply commercial expertise to guide stakeholders in evaluating strategic options that drive financial success.Foster strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders and their teams to support financial and operational goals.Support the development of accurate budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic priorities.Identify and implement improvements across financial reporting, controls, and planning to enhance efficiency and insight.About YouQualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience.Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into meaningful insight.Comfortable challenging and supporting senior stakeholders in equal measure.Previous experience partnering with Manufacturing or Supply Chain teams is highly desirable.Why Join?This is more than a finance role – it’s an opportunity to shape commercial outcomes and be at the centre of business decision-making.
