CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a highly respected international professional services organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Leader with a remit of international operations & AP to join its Southampton office in Hampshire.

This is a key leadership role within a complex, multi-jurisdictional organisation with a strong growth trajectory and continued investment in systems and people. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of international finance operations and the full AP function, leading a sizeable, multi-office team and working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

What will the Senior Finance Manager role involve?

Leading and developing a multi-office Accounts Payable team, fostering accountability, capability and succession planning across 11 direct reports. Taking ownership of the full AP lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and invoice processing through to approvals, payment runs and supplier relationship management. Overseeing day-to-day finance operations for a number of international offices, including AP, AR, banking activities, payroll inputs, journals and general ledger oversight.
