This is a key leadership role, working in close partnership with the Managing Director while leading a small, high-performing team. The position will suit an individual who combines strong technical expertise with a hands‑on approach, and who is motivated by driving operational improvements, enhancing financial processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
