About the job Manage cash book processing, including payments from multiple bank accounts and monthly bank reconciliations Manage purchase ledger, supplier payments and reconciliations Maintain the general ledger, including fixed assets Assist with preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts and monthly cashflow reporting Manage month-end processes, including closing of ledgers Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules Liaise with internal teams and external bodies as required Assist with additional finance duties in line with departmental needs Skills and Experience IATI, part-qualified accountant or equivalent professional qualification or 5 years proven experience within a purchase ledger function, including journals and reconciliations Experience working with accounting systems and financial controls If youd like further information on this opportunity or are ready to take the next step in your finance career, please get in touch with Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
